This wellness retreat for people who want to enjoy a week in paradise. Warm ocean, sun, stunning colors of nature. Together with Julia Koluishkina we created balanced schedule of cardio, strength, functional training, Pilates, yoga and stretching. Delicious and healthy food, company of like-minded people. Unlimited snorkeling. Excursions to inhabit island and "Maldives night".

Julia Koluishkina
  • Julia is a Certified personal fitness trainer with over 13 years of experience;
  • Founder and author of successful fitness programs. Fitness nutritionist;
  • Participant in international conventions, IHRSA (USA), FIBO (Germany);
  • She worked at the Sochi Olympics as part the Olympic Committee and World Class.
Olga Avedissian
  • Ola's passion and dedication inspires a healthful and fit lifestyle rooted in inspiring self-commitment;
  • She believes that through movement we can all find the better version of ourselves;
  • Ola is NCSF PT certified and received her formal degree from Saint-Petersburg University Of Humanities and Social Sciences in Russia
  • Some of Ola's training accomplishments include teacher training in: Anusara Yoga in Bali, Indonesia - Bikram Yoga and Tony Sanchez 26 Core +;
  • Hot8Yoga Power Teacher Training, Sculpt, Barre with Nancy Norby and Yin with Rebekah Rivera and Deanna Ainsworth.
HOTEL AND TERRITORY
The training grounds are on the ocean shore. You can watch swimming dolphins right in the classroom!

The hotel is equipped with everything you need.

Healthy eating:
The dishes are based on the freshest ocean fish, vegetables, juicy tropical fruits, seafood and chicken dishes. There is a special menu for vegetarians.
