WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
What does freedom mean to you?
Freedom to express the essence of who you are, or freedom of speech? Freedom of choosing who you want to be, or freedom to live the life you dream of?

There is no one answer to this question. Freedom is the quality of the Soul (spiritual), where Stability is the quality of the Body (material). The Soul wants to explore, to be curious, to move…The Body wants to root down, to have stability and certainty. Being a Human means learning how to navigate these two opposites and make it work in balance with one another.

How does one do it?
We chose to work through the Chakra System which is one of the building blocks of Yogic Path and, as some call it, a navigation system for life.

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means "wheel" and refers to energy points in the human body. They are thought to be spinning vortexes of energy that should stay "open" and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

Every one of our retreats is infused by this ancient knowledge and we draw upon its wisdom when putting together a program.

We love to create a safe space, to observe the dynamics, to bathe in the vastness of the unknown and to allow the right teaching to come through. It is a process hence requires some preparation and time to simply be.

Maldives…Yes, the island has called us to explore what freedom means to us and to you. When the time came to say Yes to a particular place, it was a full body Yes and of course, the colors of the island said - Vishuddha!
What is Vishuddha? Clarity!

It is the energy center that represents our ability to be radically honest with ourselves and the World around us. What we think, what we say and how we say it, what we hear and how we understand information is connected to Throat Chakra (vishuddha). In Sanskrit Vishuddha means crystal clear and in our life it translates into being able to express our needs, desires, feelings, ideas, thoughts. For us to be honest with the World, we first need to be honest with ourselves.

We invite you to create this time and space and spend a week with us on a stunning island of Kamadhoo.

Kamadhoo is one of those local islands where you can really feel the whole authenticity of the place, enjoy the genuine beauty of the tropics, and get to know the real Maldives through the culture and life of the local population. Kamadhoo is a small village of five hundred inhabitants, of which no more than 200 people actually live on the island. Supporting local communities is one of the core values for Love Life Retreats and we get to do just that by choosing this location as one of our return to venues.

Kamadhoo attracted us (and many others) with the paradise landscapes of a green island with a snow-white border and the surrounding underwater world. The island is located on the Baa Atoll, which is famous for its pristine nature and is one of the UNESCO reserves

    Recommended activities near retreat center: snorkeling at the local reef (equipment provided), SUP boarding.

    Recommended excursions (additional charge):
    • A date with the Dolphins - the friendliest sea creatures and highly intelligent.
    • Diving. The island of KAMADU is considered one of the most attractive areas for diving in the Maldives! Dive sites offer a variety of terrain: underwater reef peaks, channels leading from the ocean into the atoll, vertical reef walls covered with sea anemones and a variety of soft corals. Here, in the warm clear water, the iridescent worlds of tropical fish, bright corals and amazing marine animals coexist.

        INSTRUCTOR
        Victoria Zimmer
        Victoria is an internationally recognised Tantra Yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance eRYT500, Yoga Alliance continued education provider (YACEP), lead trainer of yoga, mindfulness and meditation for London Wellness Academy, wellness program creator for One Spa World, international retreat facilitator, author of online yoga and meditation programs and life mystic.

        Victoria has been in the wellness industry for nearly 2 decades and has trained hundreds of clients on the best ways to improve their health following programs customised to their lifestyle. She has up-skilled thousands of personal trainers on how to use a holistic approach when training their clients, and has shared her understanding of mindfulness and yoga philosophy integration with countless yoga and meditation teachers as part of mindful living courses for LWA and her own YTTC. Victoria's journey to wellness has taken her from martial arts to personal training, from CrossFit to Pilates, Hatha and Tantra yoga, Sacred Geometry. Her love for exploration of our World and a persistent desire to learn has taken Victoria around the globe from Russia to North America to South America and to Asia and Africa, to make sure she expose herself to various approaches to mindful living.

        In the summer of 2019 Victoria led her first day retreat in the UK which proved to be what was needed at a time. The feedback from the attendees was overwhelming. Later that year a project "Love Life Retreats" was born.

        HOTEL AND TERRITORY
        The training grounds are on the ocean shore. You can watch swimming dolphins right in the classroom!

        The hotel is equipped with everything you need. You can choose rooms of 2 levels of comfort, with or without a seat.

        Healthy eating:
        The dishes are based on the freshest ocean fish, vegetables, juicy tropical fruits, seafood and chicken dishes. There is a special menu for vegetarians.

        Deposit £400
        50% of the balance to be paid 90 days prior to arrival
        Full balance has to be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
