Day 1
  • Airport transfer;
  • Arrival, check-in;
  • Island tour;
  • Morning stretch;
  • Swimming in the ocean;
  • Relaxation;
  • Evening dinner with tour participants.
Day 2
  • 8:30 AM — Morning functional workout for a toned body, breathing exercises by the ocean;
  • 10:00 AM — Breakfast;
  • Swimming, snorkeling, introduction to the guide;
  • 2:30 PM — Lunch;
  • 4:00-5:00 PM — Stretching;
  • Swimming in the ocean;
  • Evening — Board games.
Day 3
  • 8:30 AM — Morning Pilates workout, swimming in the ocean;
  • 10:00 AM — Breakfast;
  • Free time, beach volleyball;
  • 2:00 PM — Lunch;
  • 3:30-5:00 PM — Strength training for muscle toning;
  • Swimming in the ocean;
  • Free time;
  • Outdoor movie night.
Day 4
Morning:
  • 8:30 AM — Fat-burning Tabata workout;
  • 10:00 AM — Breakfast;
  • Free time, swimming in the ocean;
  • 2:00 PM — Lunch;
  • 5:00 PM — Sunset picnic on a deserted island (dress code: white), group beach photoshoot.
Day 5
  • 8:00 AM — Morning excursion (optional), swimming in the ocean, snorkeling on the coral reef;
  • For those staying at the hotel: Breakfast from 9:00-10:30 AM;
  • Beach/ocean, relaxation;
  • 2:30 PM — Lunch;
  • 4:00-5:00 PM — Strength training for body toning, meditation for inner harmony;
  • Swimming in the ocean, sunset;
  • Evening — Board games.
Day 6
  • 8:30 AM — Morning full-body strength workout;
  • 10:00 AM — Breakfast;
  • Free time, swimming in the ocean;
  • 11:00 AM — Beach meeting (snorkeling, beach volleyball, sunbathing);
  • 2:00 PM — Lunch;
  • 4:00 PM — Sunset SUP session with instructor (2 hours), swimming in the ocean;
  • Evening — Board games.
Day 7
  • 8:30-9:30 AM — Morning Tabata workout for all muscle groups;
  • 10:30 AM — Breakfast;
  • Beach/ocean, relaxation;
  • 2:00 PM — Lunch;
  • 4:00-5:00 PM — Evening Pilates class;
  • Closing ceremony, award for the most active participant.
Day 8
  • Breakfast;
  • Morning stretch;
  • Departure.

Julia Kolyushkina
  • Certified personal fitness trainer with over 13 years of experience;
  • Specialized physical education and psychological education;
  • Founder and author of all programs in Back2fit;
  • Fitness Nutritionist;
  • Participant and presenter of Russian and international conventions, IHRSA (USA), FIBO (Germany); worked in the fitness room at the Sochi Olympics as part of a joint project of the Olympic Committee and World Class;
  • Has more than 5,000 personal training sessions and more than 10,000 satisfied clients per year.
HOTEL AND TERRITORY
The training grounds are on the ocean shore. You can watch swimming dolphins right in the classroom!

The hotel is equipped with everything you need. You can choose rooms of 2 levels of comfort, with or without a seat.

Healthy eating:
The dishes are based on the freshest ocean fish, vegetables, juicy tropical fruits, seafood and chicken dishes. There is a special menu for vegetarians.

Important
  • It is enough to make only $800 deposit, you pay the rest on the island;
  • Priority: buy tickets in the near future, do not delay;
  • Accommodation in rooms of different categories is possible, we take into account your wishes, but we do not guarantee a specific mini-hotel/villa.
